Natalie is an enthusiastic commercial and civil litigation solicitor who has a keen eye for detail.
Prior to her qualification in 2009 she worked as a fee-earner within the field of property law. That experience proved invaluable to her when acting in litigious property claims.
Having previously worked for a large organisation where she gained experience in defending cases, as well as in a number of private law firms, Natalie is able to fully grasp both sides of an argument and so establish how the opposition will formulate its case. Her ability has proven extremely advantageous in helping to resolve legal disputes before they materialise.
Natalie has a background in general commercial litigation, as well as in civil.
Her experience includes matters relating to:
- General property litigation, including landlord and tenant (residential and commercial cases), loss of quiet enjoyment and non-derogation from grant
- Boundary disputes
- Neighbour disputes
- Japanese knotweed
- Breach of contract
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence
- Business disputes including those relating partnerships, companies and joint ventures
Natalie strives to provide the highest level of service for all of her clients. She is a well experienced negotiator and seeks to resolve matters in a timely and cost effective manner.
In her spare time she enjoys ballroom dancing, Latin dancing, horse riding, reading and putting her Level 2 WSET knowledge to the test.
