The HR Hotline is intended to provide businesses and business owners with peace of mind. It allows unlimited access to an employment law and HR specialist, who can help to solve your day-to-day HR queries and guide you through employee relations, leading you to safe decision-making.
What is included in the HR Hotline package?
In the first place, we offer our clients a Contracts and Employee Handbook Review and Revision session to start with at a flat fee. This is an excellent way to start and means that we can both be sure that your systems and processes are in place to work successfully for you. Once this has been achieved, you will have unlimited access to an expert whether by telephone, MS Teams or email.
How does the HR hotline work?
If you, or a member of your team, have a query, concern or a problem (big or small), simply call or email with your HR Hotline request. We will be able to answer your request within 24 hours or as soon as is practicable after this time. If the matter is urgent, it will have our immediate attention as soon as possible. We will provide you with comprehensive and easy to understand advice that you will be able to deploy with ease.
