Get to know me...

I have been working in development land since 2011 and have acted for a number of national housebuilders. I joined the Real Estate, Land & Development team in late 2020 and manage our Planning matters whilst also dealing with both strategic land and land acquisition.

Accreditations & Certifications

I qualified as a Real Estate solicitor in 2011 and previously worked for an international law firm before joining Goughs as a Senior Associate in November 2020.

Specialisms

I specialise in development land matters and act for developers, landowners, and local authorities.

I advise on a wide range of matters including Option Agreements, Conditional Sale Agreements, Planning and Infrastructure Agreements, and Affordable Housing disposals.

My greatest achievement

I am from a proud working-class background and was the first person in my family to go to university so I would probably say that my greatest achievement to-date has been carving out a successful career in law; bucking the notion that it’s not what you know but who you know!

By receiving excellent client feedback, I have been ranked as a ‘Key Lawyer’ by the prestigious Legal 500 2023 legal directory.
