Wiltshire’s leading employment lawyers - How can Goughs support you?
HR professionals, business owners and managers are required to have an overview of employment law in order to be able to function effectively within their roles. This will also help to protect the business from any future complaint or claim.
Our legal specialists can provide tailored and bespoke training to your business, ensuring that the advice you receive is up-to-date and effective.

The importance of in-house training
At Goughs we believe that providing training on a variety of employments matters is important, not only to foster relationships, but to empower you and your business to function within the law whilst also making your business a great and harmonious place to work.
We lean on our years of experience, both as a business ourselves and having advised and worked with many employers to put a structured training programme in place to suit you.

Rebecca Dennis
I have specialised in employment law for many years. I provide consistent and risk aware advice to employers and employees alike. My experience includes both contentious and non-contentious work. My professional background is unique in that I worked for more than 20 years as a barrister providing legal advice, drafting and advocacy for my clients and more recently provided specialist trouble-shooting services on employment law and employee relations at a leading international HR outsourcing company. I have a reputation as a pragmatist and problem solver. I am now proud to lead the Employment Department at Goughs.
