Ailie Peacock

Senior Associate Licensed Conveyancer

Ailie started with Goughs Solicitors as a Paralegal in the Conveyancing Department in November 2004. She subsequently studied for the next four years and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2009. Ailie progressed to Associate level in 2014, and Senior Associate in 2019.

Aimee Glover

Senior Associate

Aimee has been working in development land since 2011 and has acted for a number of national housebuilders. She joined the team in late 2020 and manages our Planning matters whilst also dealing with both strategic land and land acquisition.

Alexine Moran

Associate

Alexine is an experienced Private Client solicitor and has been qualified for over 10 years. She deals with sensitive matters in a professional and courteous manner and takes a pragmatic approach to her work, allowing her to relate to all clients.

Alice Blackmore

Associate Solicitor

Alice joined Goughs in January 2020 and was promoted to Associate in April 2021. She is experienced in dealing with all areas of family law including disputes involving children, divorce, separation, finances, and cohabitation.

 

Amelia Inglis

Trainee Solicitor

Amelia joined Goughs in September 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor in the Family department, having worked as a property paralegal for three years. She has now completed her first training seat, and has begun her second seat within the Private Client department.

Amy Moran

Chartered Legal Executive

Amy began at Goughs in 2015 as a Legal Secretary in the Family Department. She moved to the Residential Property Department as a Trainee in 2017, and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2019.

Andrew Given

Partner and Head of Land & Development

Andrew has been head of the Land & Development team since 2014 and acts for SME Housebuilders, Land Promoters, and Landowners on all aspects of development land.

Annie James

Solicitor

Annie qualified as a Private Client solicitor in 2016 and joined Goughs in February 2020. She specialises in the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, preparation and administration of Trusts, and the administration of Estates. Annie prides herself on taking the time to really understand the needs and priorities of her clients.

Catherine Thompson

Residential Property Practitioner

Catherine joined the firm in August 2016 as a trainee conveyancer and is now a Residential Property Practitioner based in our Calne Office.

Dawn Moir

Partner (TEP)

Dawn joined in 2003 and became a partner in 2004. Whilst Dawn supports her team with all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, her particular areas of expertise are later life planning & support, and trust creation & administration, including all things tax.

Donna Linden

Senior Associate Residential Property Practitioner

Donna has been working in residential property for almost 40 years and has experience in all areas of property work including freehold, leasehold, new build, help to buy, transfers of equity, and re-mortgage. Donna believes that all clients should feel supported during one of the most expensive and emotionally charged transactions in their lives.

Eleanor Wood

Eleanor has invaluable experience in a wide range of children's matters, matrimonial matters (including divorce & separation), cohabitation agreements, pre & post nuptial agreements, and the division of matrimonial finances.
