Client Survey Results: April 2023 to March 2024
Ensuring our clients are pleased with the service they receive
It is extremely important to us that all our clients are happy with the service that we provide. We have various options like Google where our clients are able to leave us a review and let us know about their experience. But in addition to those we send out surveys to all clients upon completion of their work with us, to triply make sure they are happy with us.
This years results are from April 2023 to March 2024 and we received over 400 replies. You can see a summary of the results below.

Continually trying to improve
At Goughs we pride ourselves on having some of the best solitons in the area. So when we saw that 95% said they would be likely to use Goughs again and 96% were happy with the lawyer who handled their matter, we were over the moon. We also found out that 9/10 people said they thought we were great value for money. But it’s not just the solicitors who should be praised. Our reception team at each office received high scores as well, with 96% saying they were happy with the service provided by our branch receptionists.
