Your development and finance
Well, in a nutshell, finance for a development transaction works by a developer borrowing money from a lender(s) to allow them to purchase land and the following property development of that land.
Once the development is completed, the building(s) are sold or used as an income source for investment.
The money borrowed is secured by the property and the rights of the developer.
