I act for SME Housebuilders, Land Promoters, and Landowners on all aspects of development land.
I was promoted to Associate in 2011 and eventually took over as Head of Team in 2014, becoming a Partner in 2015. Since then I’ve led the Team’s expansion and growth and we now comprise 5 lawyers and 2 legal assistants. I love what I do and I’m hugely proud of the Team’s ability, service, and reputation.
Our ethos is client relationships and understanding their business and circumstances to the point when they see us as far more than just a legal advisor. We become part of their business. When we deal with the purchase of a site intended for housing, we approach it from the mindset that we will be involved until the last unit is sold which means a project which can be several years from start to finish. So we have to understand every facet of the project and process.
