The Social Side
We have a social committee dedicated to ensuring all Goughs colleagues benefit from the social side of work
At Goughs, we take pride in our regular social events and rewarding our staff for their continued hard work. We recognise that you spend a lot of time at work, therefore, it’s important you both enjoy that time and the people you work with. At the same time it’s a great way for everyone across our 7 offices to get together.
The social committee organises regular events that all staff can attend. Events have included bake offs, escape rooms, games evenings, cooking classes, wine tasting etc.
Goughs AGM 2025
The day began with talks from Managing Partner, Matthew Drew and others talking all things paper-lite, strategic plans for the future, recruitment and growth plans and financial accomplishments. The team were then broken into smaller teams and spent the afternoon doing a host of activities from Duck herding to Laser Clays, Mission Impossible to Sign Language and much more.
Goughs Summer Party 2024
The firmwide summer party is a key event at Goughs. This year we had a fantastic evening with lots of fun and games as well as delicious food and drinks.
