We actively bring together the offices and department as much as possible through our social and charity committees.

Every year the whole firm attends an annual away day which is all about team building, unwinding and having fun!

All of our seven offices are situated in picturesque Wiltshire locations, which not only make them great places to live, but you can also enjoy a scenic walk as you get some fresh air at lunch time.

The county itself is serviced by the M4 motorway giving easy access to London, Bristol and Swindon. The area has the advantage of having excellent rail links meaning you can be in Bath within 15 minutes and in London in around an hour.

You'll be warmly welcomed from Day 1

We recognise how important your first few days with the firm will be and we are proud of our comprehensive and supportive induction programme.

Your first three working days will be spent having fundamental training to help you settle in. You will spend a minimum of half a day with each of our IT and Accounts departments learning about our systems and accounting packages. This will be followed by training with our Risk & Compliance department as well as a formal HR induction with our HR team.

You’ll then have the basics under your belt as you begin role specific training provided by office and department colleagues. You’ll also be given designated office and department buddies who will be in regular contact with you to support you finding your way around.

In your first six months you will have at least two informal meetings with a member of HR and your immediate line manager to review how it’s all going.

We like to bring employees who are new to the firm together over an Equity Partner hosted lunch. This is attended by fellow new starters from all areas across the firm as well as a couple of colleagues from the host office. It’s a chance to learn more about the background and strategy of the firm but also relax over lunch whilst getting to know your co-workers.
