I’m the HR Administrator at Goughs based in the Trowbridge office.
Working in HR is never boring, that’s why I love it. No two days are ever the same, from planning the staff AGM to setting up inductions for new employees, I’m always kept busy. I also get to work with everyone across the firm and as a team, it’s nice knowing we can make a big impact for our employees. I can directly see the results of what we’re doing and that gives me so much job satisfaction.

My greatest achievement is completing my psychology degree at the Open university as well as working full time and raising 3 children.
