With a passion for problem-solving and an analytical approach, I excel in finding the best solutions by examining issues from multiple perspectives.
I started my legal career working in the legal add-ons of insurance policies, then moved to property litigation whilst studying for my CILEx qualification. I was then team leader of an in-house litigation team. In this role, I dealt with numerous complaints, demonstrating a strong ability to handle challenging situations and maintain client relationships.
I enjoy the opportunity to help people. With a genuine desire to assist rather than hinder, I strive to provide effective solutions to challenges.
As well as having to study for his CILEx and work full time, Jem has completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge which is a sponsored 24 mile walk for charity over and across 3 of the larger mountains in the Yorkshire Dales. In his twenties Jem was also a 7-ball juggler and was able to use all sorts of circus-based paraphernalia!
