Get to know me...

Formerly a music teacher, I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer and Commissioner for Oaths in 2015 and have extensive experience in sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, business sales, Lease extensions, shared ownerships, auctions, drafting legal documents such as Deeds of Variations, Transfers of Part and Leases. I have a particular interest in heritage property.

I previously worked for Osborne Clarke acting for major property developers, and in my previous role I was a Head of Conveyancing at a small high street firm.

I pride myself in efficiency, compliance with legal processes, attention to detail, professional development and being approachable and available to clients.

I am also fluent in Russian.

I specialise in all residential property matters including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold, various deeds and agreements drafting, remortgages, auction sales and purchases. I have a particular interest in working with heritage properties.

My greatest achievement

I am not originally from the UK and have been able to change careers from teaching music to a career in Law starting from Legal secretary and progressing to Senior Associate all whilst acting on stage for 10 years with an amateur dramatics society. As well as being able to juggle raising children.
