Goughs Solicitors, one of Wiltshire’s leading law firms, has secured the national Law Society’s legal practice quality mark, Lexcel, for the eighth consecutive year.
Lexcel is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme developed specifically for the legal profession and is independently assessed.
It demonstrates a firm’s commitment to consistently deliver services that meet and exceed client expectations, whilst excelling in both compliance with the Lexcel quality standard and practice management.
To gain and retain Lexcel accreditation the practice must undergo a rigorous initial, then annual application and assessment process. This includes conducting background checks and an on-site visit from an experienced, trained Lexcel assessor.

The Lexcel assessment process is robust and sets the standard in seven different areas: structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care, file and case management.
