Get to know me...

I have worked for Goughs since 2008 and I lead the HR team to ensure we consistently provide a service delivery tailored to our core values and culture. I undertook a BSc (Hons) degree in Tourism Management before moving into the world of Recruitment. From there I moved into Human Resources and I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently working towards becoming a Fellow.

My focus is on attracting top talent, encouraging employee development, and creating career paths allowing the firm to enhance individual potential, opportunity, and achievement, to ensure consistent growth and sustainability. As a team, we are consistently looking at ways to enhance the employee experience within Gough’s and fostering a climate of high performance in a positive working environment.

Since working for Goughs, I have been given the opportunity to lead and support the delivery of many of our strategic objectives. To be a key part of the development and growth of the firm whilst acquiring exceptional talent is, and continues to be my greatest achievement.
