I first entered the legal sector by applying for the Solicitor Apprenticeship program at Goughs in 2022, which has provided me with a valuable opportunity to gain practical legal experience while continuing my studies and training.
I heard about the opportunity while listening to the radio on my way to sixth form one morning and it stood out straight away as an exciting role. During my time in sixth form, I discovered a particular strength in English by developing strong written and communication skills. I recognised that these skills were highly transferable to a career in law and was drawn to the idea of using language to solve problems and help people, which inspired me to pursue this avenue.
I believe in building strong relationships with my clients through open and clear communication. I want every client of mine to feel supported and comfortable at every stage.
My greatest personal achievement has been buying my first home at the age of 21, something I am extremely proud of.
Professionally, securing a place on the solicitor apprenticeship scheme at Goughs has been a significant milestone in my career.
