I have always enjoyed problem-solving, which is what first drew me to a career in law. I am attracted to the opportunity to analyse situations carefully, find practical solutions and help people move forward with clarity and confidence.

I began my legal career while studying law part-time with the Open University, alongside working full-time as a Legal Assistant. This gave me valuable practical experience across a range of practice areas. I greatly enjoyed my time in the Corporate and Commercial Department and the Commercial Property Department where I learned many skills needed for transactional matters. I also enjoyed seeing a different side of law during my time in the Employment Department where I focused heavily on building strong client relationships during highly emotive situations.

I always focus on transparency. I understand that my role is to advise so that my clients can make clear, informed, practical decisions; this can only be obtained through transparency and communication. In doing so, I hope that my client, whether this is their first time instructing lawyers or their 100^th, will always know that they can trust in my advice to be clear and honest.
