Human Resources Director

Victoria has worked for Goughs since 2008 and leads the HR team to ensure they consistently provide a service delivery tailored to the core values, culture and the firm as a whole. She has a BSc (Hons) degree in Tourism Management, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a highly developed HR professional.

Over the past 5 years, she has significantly developed the firm’s processes, performance, culture, environment and above all, its people.  Victoria focuses on attracting top talent, encouraging employee development and creating career paths allowing the firm to enhance individual potential, opportunity and achievement. 

The HR team continually evaluate the employee life cycle, including focusing on employee engagement to identify ways of enhancing the employee experience within Gough’s and fostering a climate of high performance in a positive working environment, supported by our core values of Trust, Teamwork, Excellence, Engagement and Accountability.

My Dutch warmblood Renetra, my cocker spaniel Daisy Duke, spending time on the farm with my daughter and family, Polzeath in Cornwall, holidays, listening to music and going out for dinner.

Tomatoes, cold weather, queuing and negativity
