Phillip Bolton


Having studied at BPP Law School in London, Phillip completed his legal training with a firm in London.  Phillip then worked at a well regarded regional practice before joining Goughs in May 2013.

Phillip is a Partner and deals with all aspects of private client work with a particular interest in complex wills, wealth preservation, tax mitigation and estate planning.  He is also head of our Private Wealth Sector team.

Phillip is:

  • A student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
  • A fully accredited member of Solicitors For The Elderly (SFE)
  • A member of the Law Society Private Client Section
  • A Dementia Friend

Outside of work Phillip enjoys spending time with family and friends, and taking part in sports.
