Paul Turner

Associate Litigator

Paul specialises in acting for victims of negligence resulting in debilitating chronic pain conditions arising from accidents at work, road traffic accidents and medical negligence.

He has vast amounts of experience in recognising the symptoms of Neuropathic Pain and other Chronic Pain conditions having previously acted for clients with:

Paul carries out a forensic approach to medical causation by reference to a client’s medical records and history. He seeks to fully understand the chronology leading to the onset of pain and the consequential impacts it has had on the lives of his clients.

Paul will advise on the prospects of bringing these potentially high value and complex claims and will ensure the necessary insurance funding is in place in order to secure appropriate medical evidence from carefully selected medical experts.

I understand that chronic pain conditions are multi faceted and impact on many areas of a victims life. Pain is subjective and often not visible to the naked eye. Victims of pain often feel that they are not believed or are made to feel that the pain is in their head.

Medication alone is not necessarily the solution for long term chronic pain and I will work hard to gain access to funding for treatment and medical opinion in order that my clients have the opportunity to reach their best possible outcome. I will also seek interim payments to offset financial hardship where at all possible

Paul is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives and is a Trustee for local charity Springboard, He is also a member of the Armed Forces sector team.

Springboard Opportunity Group provides a high quality care and learning environment for young children with additional needs and their families
