I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007 and have been working in family law for 21 years. I previously worked for a law firm in Salisbury for 14 years heading up the Family Department. I joined Goughs in 2019 and progressed to an Associate in 2020.
I am experienced in dealing with all areas of family law, including children, divorce, separation, finances, cohabitation, and separation agreements together with pre and post nuptial agreements. I have frequently advised on children matters including child arrangement orders, specific issue orders, prohibited step orders, and removal from the jurisdiction, together with financial settlement upon the breakdown of a relationship.
I have a particular interest in domestic abuse and previously ran a legal clinic in conjunction with several domestic abuse support organisations. I enjoy dealing with a variety of matters and am expanding further into pre and post nuptial agreements.

I have extensive experience in matters involving domestic abuse, together with children matters and the cross-over between these.
I have a keen interest in pre and post nuptial agreements and am a member of our Property Investment sector.
I won the Thring Townsend ILEX Law Award in my first year of studying for my qualification for achieving distinctions. I ran the London marathon in 2021 with a personal best time of 3:08. I have also ran the Edinburgh marathon in 2019 raising £1,500 for Dorothy House Hospice.
