Dan joined the firm in February 2017 as an Associate Solicitor in the Real Estate, Land and Development department, focusing on residential development.
After qualifying in Birmingham in 2012, Dan joined the Residential Development team at Gateley and subsequently moved to the South West, continuing to act for major developers at Osborne Clarke in Bristol. Dan has extensive experience in the housebuilding sector, having acted for more than half of the UK’s top 20 housebuilders.
Dan’s wide ranging experience includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, residential and mixed-use developments, joint ventures and consortium projects, and affordable housing. Dan also brings useful knowledge of the public sector, having focused on projects for schools and charities in the two years prior to joining Goughs.
