Anne Felmingham

Partner & Head of Personal Injury & Medical Negligence

Anne studied a Masters degree in Law at the University of Bristol and after qualifying with a commercial firm spent many years working in a large loss team acquiring extensive experience across all specialisms of personal injury and medical negligence.

To take up a management based role Anne then moved in house whilst continuing experience and exposure to complex high value claims. Most of her work involved High Court cases and matters litigated at the Royal Courts of Justice.

More recently Anne has been working in private practice spending many years heading up a personal injury department and has as such joined Goughs to continue this role.

Anne excels in her client care skills, in fact she prides herself on forming excellent relationships with her clients which she believes underpins her success with some very difficult cases. Her approach is very honest and she ensures the best outcome possible is achieved.

When she is not in the office Anne has an interest in antenatal and postnatal support in the community, she also likes boxing and spending time with her children.

Anne is a member of APIL & the Bristol Medico Legal Society, she also is a duty solicitor for the CAB and volunteers with local charities.
