Anne studied a Masters Degree in Law at the University of Bristol and after qualifying with a national firm in Bristol spent many years working in a team specialising in high value and complex cases acquiring extensive experience across all specialisms.
To take up a management based role Anne then moved in house whilst continuing her experience with complex high value claims. Most of her work involved The High Court and particularly litigated cases at the Royal Courts of Justice.
Continuing her role Anne spent many years heading up a personal injury department in private practice, after which she joined Goughs in December 2016 as head of Personal Injury and Medical Negligence.
Anne excels in her client care skills, in fact she prides herself on forming excellent relationships with her clients which she believes underpins her success with some very difficult cases. Her approach is very honest and she ensures the best possible outcome is achieved for her clients.
Anne specialises in chronic pain conditions which have arisen as a consequence of personal injuries sustained in an accident or as a result of negligent medical treatment. She has a particular focus on those clients injured as a result of an accident at work.
Anne also has extensive experience conducting cases involving head injuries, complex fractures and spinal injuries. Her particular specialist areas in medical negligence are cases involving a delay in diagnosis and obstetric negligence.
