Trowbridge Town Trust was established in 1966 with the intention of providing support to the needy and deprived in Trowbridge and the surrounding villages, such as Southwick and North Bradley.
The Trust has a fund to distribute and is currently accepting applications. The fund will be distributed to those who are in financial need, including the more elderly members of the community, people with disabilities, other charities and voluntary organisations supporting the needy and the general public who may be finding themselves suffering hardship.
In the past the Trust has paid for people to go on courses, to improve their education, to get some help in the home and even to repair wheelchairs. Contributions have also been made to children’s charity Splash, to Help Counselling Service and to Young Carers.

We are actively encouraging applications to consider when we meet, so please include as much detail in your submission as possible. In the current climate, those in need may be even further-reaching so I would actively encourage you to apply if you feel you may have a worthy request.”
