Come the New Year, many of us adopt the usual approach of “new year, new me”. We take time to reflect on the previous year and may attempt to make changes to our lifestyle/circumstances for the better.

But in all your new plans, have you considered your Will and planning for the future? A lot can change in 12 months and without realising it your Will may have become outdated or not fully serve the purpose it was originally created for. Many of you will not have a Will at all.
