Our Corporate Commercial team forms part of our multi-faceted Commercial department who offer high quality legal services to businesses and individuals throughout Wiltshire and beyond. 

The Commercial department currently comprises of 10 lawyers, including a Professional Support Lawyer, and nine support staff across our seven offices. 

Over the last three years the Commercial department has seen its fee income increase by over 20%. 

Due to its continuing financial success the Corporate Commercial team, along with the wider department, moved to a new fit for purpose office premises on the outskirts of Chippenham so that it can continue to grow and develop. 

This is your opportunity to work in a fast paced, exciting, energetic and agile environment where you will gain valuable experience and exposure to high quality work from a varied client base. 

The team
Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit Solicitors to the team which currently comprises of three lawyers from Trainee Solicitor to Equity Partner. 

You will initially be based at our Trowbridge office to work alongside our Head of Commercial, Gemma Sumsion, before moving across to the new offices early next year. 

The role
You will have the opportunity to further bolster the already impressive broad Corporate Commercial caseload of local and national clients. 

We believe that relationships are key to the department's success and you'll be actively encouraged to work openly and collaboratively with other professionals including Accountants, Financial Advisors, Surveyors and financial institutions. 

You will be supported to strive towards being a trusted business advisor, spending time getting to know your clients and their businesses, so that you can deliver a bespoke tailored service. You will be dealing directly with the business owners and decision makers.

Salary and benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a minimum of 26 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays.
