PLEASE NOTE: Handelsbanken are not currently a participant in the Confirmation of Payee (CoP) service so you will receive a ‘No match’ or “Unable to verify” response message if you are paying from a bank that is a CoP participant. Please be reassured that as long as the correct beneficiary name, sort code and account number have been entered, you can instruct your bank to process the payment. Please feel free to contact us to confirm the account name, sort code and account number.  Only contact us on a number that you know to be ours and always verify any requests to change our payment or contact details.  Further information about the CoP service, including FAQs, is publicly available, please click here.

  • Once a payment amount has been confirmed you will be directed to WorldPay
  • How we protect your information: We use industry standard technology to encrypt your details as they pass over the internet and to enable your browser to confirm that it’s really our site that you’re using. We use secure certificates issued by Verisign/Symantec.
  • On any page where you are entering personal details, you will see the closed padlock icon that tells you the page is protected. If you are using a very old or unsupported browser (eg; Internet Explorer 6.0) you will not be able to connect to these secure pages. In that case, please upgrade to a supported browser (eg; a modern version of IE, Chrome, Opera, Safari or Firefox).
  • If you share your PC or use a facility in a public place – Make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details and close the browser window and, if applicable, log off when you have finished.

You can still proceed with the payment but please ensure that you have verified our bank details with us and that you have entered the details correctly before proceeding with any payment.
