We are thrilled to announce that the feedback from our people has secured us a listing in The Sunday Times Top 100 Places to Work directory.

One of only two law firms in the south west to have been recognised, the award comes following a brilliant year of awards for us at Goughs. We have been recognised for the last six years by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 for our impeccable client care, exceptional depth and breadth of knowledge and teamwork. This new award goes even further and recognises the stellar efforts of the firm to ensure the positive well-being of its people.

We established an engagement committee post-Covid, which consists of four subcommittees; social, ECO, charity and health & well-being. We are lucky enough to be based in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside and part of our culture sees us encouraging our people to get out and explore for the benefit of their mental health and well-being.”
