Focused around business processes, management operations, and finance, the Excellence in Law Management category celebrates an innovation or change management initiative which has produced a significant improvement to performance.
The “Goughs Values” initiative put forward for nomination involves the creation of a trust-based environment and a shared vision to help inspire all employees, allowing them to take ownership over performance-enhancing interactions every day. Goughs’ aim is to foster an engaging, high-performance culture that is celebrated through reward and recognition.

The winners will be announced at the Law Societies awards ceremony on Thursday 19th October at the Hilton Park Lane, which the firm will attend, where the very best work and practices in the legal profession will be celebrated.
