We are looking for a full-time Legal Assistant to join our Residential Property department.
You will gain experience of a wide range of tasks associated with a conveyancing transaction. You will need to have excellent IT and typing skills and have the confidence to liaise with clients over the phone and face to face. Previous experience within conveyancing or the legal environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided on the conveyancing practice area.

The role will also require you to provide reception cover for the office and also help out regularly with general office duties.
The Residential Property department overall consists of 14 lawyers and nine support team members who are situated across all of our seven offices.
You will be working as part of a friendly and dynamic department who are supportive of one another and meet regularly for team meetings.
Being able to work under pressure and remain focused is key to this role along with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
Previous experience of liaising with clients in person and over the telephone is required.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate on all levels and maintain confidentiality at all times.
