Housebuilding & Development Legal Assistant

The Role

Our highly successful Housebuilding & Development department is looking for a legal assistant to join them in a fast-paced, dynamic role. You will be working alongside a fellow legal assistant supporting the team with administration and secretarial tasks.

Daily duties will include:

  • Typing, compiling letters and documents.
  • Photocopying and document collation.
  • Opening files and database input.
  • Setting up and managing the electronic transfer of funds.
  • Preparing bills and file notes.
  • Liaising with clients in person and over telephone/email.
  • Using Land Registry resources and making applications.
  • Using the SOS Connect management system.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Your working day will be varied so we are looking for an individual who is flexible, has a positive attitude and is a team player. You will also need to be self-motivated, have strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
