Q What would it cost if you were to prepare the Court Claim Form for me to issue?

A. We would prepare a Court Claim Form for you to sign and issue, based on the following scale of charges, to which we would add VAT at the ruling rate. You would also have to pay an Issue Fee to the Court or to Money Claim Online. No VAT is payable on the Court Fee.

 

To issue a claim for money, the following fees will be payable to Her Majesty's Courts Service based on the amount claimed, including interest:
