Nick joined Goughs in 1978 and is an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives with over 35 years experience, principally in company and commercial litigation.
Nick is a member of the Commercial Department of Goughs and has enormous experience in representing both commercial clients and individuals in relation to claims and contractual disputes.Nick has a particular area of expertise in relation to mortgages and other property litigation work, as well as housing, tenancies, trusts, leases and insolvency.In addition to Nick's broad civil litigation caseload, he has responsibility for the firm's own debt collection.
Away from the office, Nick is married with two adult children; and his daughter’s wedding was his family highlight of 2010.He is also Hon. General Secretary of the Dorset and Wiltshire RFU, where he is responsible for co-ordinating their activities as well as acting as the main link between clubs and the RFU.It was an especially proud moment for Nick when the Dorset & Wilts team beat Leicestershire in 2010 to win the CountyChampionship final at Twickenham, which was repeated when they retained their title against Surrey in 2011.

Helping to administer rugby for the Club and the County; reading or just sagging out

As he works for them, my son tells me I like anyone signed to Warner Records. Such as: Muse; Enya; Katherin Jenkins; Micheal Buble and (previously) Seasick Steve

Annecy in the French Alps
