Martin completed his training with Goughs and has over 25 years experience in commercial and residential conveyancing.
A Partner in the firm, and a member of the Commercial Department, Martin specialises in planning and development work, particularly for a number of leading house developers. Martin has considerable experience in the full spectrum of high value land acquisition, purchase and conditional sale agreements, options, site disposals and plot sales.
Away from the office, Martin is Club Captain at Cumberwell Park Golf Club.
