Kevin studied at Birmingham University before joining Goughs as a Trainee Solicitor. Now Head of the firms Employment Department, Kevin prides himself on providing clients with pro-active, practical and balanced advice; whether dealing with individuals in an unfair dismissal case or providing employers with industrial relations procedures and contracts. Kevin also specialises in tribunal work for both companies and employees.
As the firms Managing Partner Kevin leads the management team and is heavily involved in setting the firms strategic direction. His management responsibilities also include Personnel, Marketing and Practice Promotion
Away from the office, Kevin's life revolves around his two young children and when time allows, sport and getting outside for exercise and fresh air.
