Hannah studied for her first degree at Plymouth University. She joined Goughs in 1999 and studied part-time at the University of the West of England, Bristol, for her professional qualification. Hannah completed her training with Goughs and was admitted as a solicitor in October 2005.
Hannah works in the Personal Injury Department where she acts for claimants, specialising in road traffic accidents (RTA’s). She is a member of the Motor Accident Solicitor’s Society (MASS), which was set up 16 years ago to provide and promote the highest standards of legal services and representation in the “pursuit of justice for victims of road traffic accidents”.
MASS are highly regarded in the legal profession and known as the “authority” in RTA claims. Whilst there are over 170 member firms all over the UK, Goughs is the only firm in Wiltshire to have a MASS member and were able to gain membership due to Hannah’s specialist knowledge and experience of RTA claims.
Hannah also deals with accidents at work, slipping and tripping cases, supermarket accidents and more unusual claims, such as claims against tanning salons, hairdressing salons and claims involving defective products.
As Hannah is dedicated to promoting the interests of accident victims and the improvement of services provided by the personal injury lawyer she is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and has achieved Litigator status with them.
