Partner & Head of Wills, Trusts & Probate Department
Dawn was educated at the University of the West of England, Bristol and worked in Bath for three years after qualifying in 2000. Dawn joined Goughs in 2003 and became a Partner of the firm in 2004.
Dawn is the Head of the Private Client Department, which she manages, as well as having her own caseload. Dawn has particular expertise in relation to the drafting of Wills, Probate and the winding up of Estates, Trusts and Tax Planning.
Where did you grow up?
I spent my early years in South Australia. We returned to the UK when I was 10 and after moving around a little we settled in Yate just outside of Bristol.
What was your first job?
Working in Debenhams on the coat department.
What are your hobbies?
Dancing, reading & swimming.
What is your favourite food?
Pasta

Lemon squash

Sound of Music, as it reminds me of my childhood Christmases.

What was your last holiday destination?
Florida
What is your favourite book?
I haven’t really got one as I like to read a range of books. I have just read some of the Dan Brown books which I enjoyed.
Your likes?
Spending time with my family, Ceroc dancing (French jive) & meals out.
Your dislikes?
Spiders, Daddy long legs and all things creepy crawly.
Any personal ambitions?
To travel the world and see sights such as the Pyramids, Ayers Rock, Empire State Building etc etc
