Beth studied Law at Cardiff University before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England in Bristol. In 2007 she began her Training Contract at a well known regional firm, Davies and Partners.
During her training Beth undertook private client residential conveyancing and acted for major housing developers, gaining experience in both the sale of new build properties and associated transactions. She completed her training in 2009 and joined Goughs upon qualifying as a Solicitor.
Based at our Corsham Office, Beth now specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing and acts for clients in the buying and selling of property. She also acts in voluntary registrations, mortgaging and transfers of equity. On the commercial side she assists in the set up of residential housing developments and the associated sale of new build properties.
Beth is friendly, approachable and committed to providing a personal service to her clients.
Where did you grow up?I moved around when I was younger but I have lived in Bristol since I was 7 years old.
